Line chart styles

Line charts trace a path — time on one axis, value on the other, a single continuous read of what moved and when. Direction and shape do most of the work; the eye follows the line the way it follows a horizon.

Every preset here renders as a complete image — oscilloscope glow, neon filament, ink stroke, marine rope — not a generic polyline on a grid. Reach for a line chart when the story is movement over time, and the texture of the line should carry as much weight as the numbers it hits.
