Refund & Cancellation Policy

Chartissimo LLC ("Chartissimo," "we," "us") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans, the Pilot one-time purchase, and credit top-ups.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, which links to the Stripe billing portal. There are no penalties and no cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
  • Any unused credits in your account remain available after cancellation. You can continue using them until they run out.
  • We do not delete your account or chart history when you cancel.

Grace Period

When your credits reach zero and you do not have an active subscription, you enter a 90-day grace period.

  • During grace: You can download, relabel, and retint your existing charts.
  • During grace: You cannot generate new charts.
  • After 90 days: Access to existing charts expires.

Refunds — Subscriptions

Chartissimo is a digital service. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once credits have been used during the billing period.

  • If you have not used any credits in your current billing period, you may request a full refund for that period.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period may be granted at our discretion.
  • Prorated refunds are not automatically issued when you cancel. Instead, you keep access through the end of your paid period.

Refunds — Pilot ($9 One-Time Purchase)

The Pilot is a one-time $9 purchase that includes 30 credits.

  • Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
  • Non-refundable once any Pilot credits have been consumed.

Refunds — Credit Top-Ups

  • Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Top-up credits do not expire.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email team@chartissimo.com with the following:

  • The email address associated with your Chartissimo account.
  • Your approximate purchase date.
  • The reason for your request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing issues directly. Reaching out to team@chartissimo.com is typically faster and easier for everyone involved.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
